It’s a big Friday this week Moneyballers! The Anzac Day weekend is always a special one in the NRL and we have a special game to get us started. In between games of two-up, go check out all the offers Moneyball has lined up for you this weekend. This Friday the Rabbitohs will burrow into Suncorp to try and spook the rampaging Broncos.
The Rabbitohs were skinned, chopped up and put in a stew last week by the Cowboys who ran away 44-18 victors. The once proud Redfern club is struggling this year and can only be praying for a miracle this week.
The Broncos are the complete opposite. They bucked, trampled and rode all over the Knights last week with an embarrassing 53-0 score line. The men from Brissy are galloping through the season and it doesn’t look like any one will be able to tame them.
Hymel Hunt ($5,800)
The former Titan and Storm player has found his home in the cardinal and myrtle and he is making every game count. The cousin of former Bronco Karmichael Hunt, Hymel is carving his own path in the NRL and this year he has produced 83 runs for 722 run metres, 10 tackle busts, two line breaks, two try assists and two tries.
Adam Reynolds ($6,700)
The heavily tattooed halfback has only played two games this year and he has many judges suggesting he should be the man wearing number seven for the Blues. The Bunnies were hoping their little maestro would be enough for victory last week and boy did he try. Reynolds made 19 tackles had one try assist and scored one himself all while playing in a badly beaten side.
Corey Oates ($6,500)
The tall timber on the flank for the Broncos isn’t just knocking on the Origin selection door, he’s straight up kicking it down. So far this year Oates has stockpiled 70 runs for 153 average metres gained, 17 tackle busts, he’s the competition leader with 10 line breaks and he has 6 tries to his name, including a hat trick last week. You would be crazy not to buy him.
Anthony Milford ($10,800)
The Milf would nearly have a case to depose Cooper Cronk from his Origin jersey if not for the untimely ban handed down for breaking curfew at the emerging origin camp. As exciting as it would be too see Milf in Origin, Broncos fans must be cheering they get to keep him for the whole year. The wonder kid has a mind boggling stats sheet that reads; 37 tackle busts, seven offloads, seven line break assists, six line breaks, eight try assists and sitting atop the try scorers list with eight tries.
That’s it Moneyballers. Enjoy your ANZAC weekend and be sure to check out all the offers Moneyball has in store, in between two-up of course. Like, share and comment to let us know how you fared.
