Get ready for Super Saturday greatness, the Knights go face to face against the Broncos followed by the Titans vs Sharks! NRL fantasy tips:
Knights V Broncos
The Broncos will have their Origin players back and should be too good for the struggling Knights.
Andrew McCullough ($7,400) is a much better option than Danny Levi ($5,700) for this match. It’s an easy choice for me and I’ll be locking the Broncos’ candidate immediately.
Josh King ($3,700) is the value pick of the forwards and should be considered for his value potential. Lachlan Fitzgibbon ($5,500) is in a similar boat and will provide plenty of spare cash to spend on the big hitters. I’m going to avoid the players that’ll be backing up from State of Origin. Mitchell Barnett ($7,400) and Daniel Saifiti ($6,500) seem very appealing and I’ll be locking them as my final choices.
We’ll have the check the final team list before finalizing our team for this match. Anthony Milford ($8,800) has been named on the extended bench and would be a great option if he makes the final side. Failing this, I’ll be choosing Ben Hunt ($7,500) who should be carrying some confidence after his Origin return.
My three outside backs will consist of Broncos’ players. The boys from Brisbane should dominate this game and it’s hard to ignore their services. James Roberts ($7,700) will be their go-to man on attack will be my first picked outside back. I’ve spent a fair bit in other positions but luckily the Broncos have two value picks in Jemayne Isaako ($3,500) and Jonus Pearson ($3,500). Lock them in.
Titans V Sharks
The Sharks are much further up the ladder and should be too good for the inconsistent Titans.
Despite Nathan Peats’ great form, I’m going to run with the much cheaper option in Fa’amanu Brown ($4,300). He’ll allow me to make use of the expensive choices in other positions.
With the money saved in the hooker position, I’m going to spend big on the hard hitting forwards. Paul Gallen ($10,000) and Ryan James ($7,900) will be my first picked. They should score a heap of base stats and keep the points ticking over for the entire match. Max King ($3,900) is the value pick and will be hard to ignore at his price. I’m also going to take a punt on Joe Greenwood ($6,400). He has a respectable base output and likes to get involved in the attacking plays.
I’m going to take the punt on Ashley Taylor ($6,200) as my half. Unlike James Maloney ($6,900) he won’t be fatigued from Origin duties in the days prior.
Konrad Hurrell ($8,600) is always a good pick for your outside backs. He has a respectable base output and is always attempting to break the line on offense. It’s hard to predict whether this clash will be a high scoring affair so it could be worth avoiding the wingers. Dale Copley ($5,100) may be inconsistent but I think he’ll be in for a big game. Ricky Leutele ($7,000) has been in great form lately so I’ll be choosing him as my third outside back this weekend.
