Round 24 kicks off with the West Tigers hosting the Manly Sea Eagles. Both teams are playing respectable football despite falling short of the eight but I’m predicting the away side to cause an upset on Thursday night.

HOOKERS

Robbie Farah’s ($7,000) minutes have dropped in recent weeks so it’s more beneficial to run with Manase Fainu ($6,500) as your hooker. He’ll well and truly provide the better value.

FORWARDS

Russell Packer ($5,200) is a low risk option and will be my first picked forward for this contest. Matthew Eisenhuth ($6,800) has been brought back into the starting side and should be the superior option among the mid-rangers. If you don’t mind forking out the big bucks then look no further than Jake Trbojevic ($9,400). Jurbo produced a massive game last weekend and could find the line against the mediocre defence of the West Tigers. Don’t hesitate to add another mid-ranger into your side if you think this will be a high scoring match. Joel Thompson (6,800) is a respectable choice who likes to find involvement on offensive plays.

HALVES

I can’t seem to convince myself to choose one of the cheaper options in Benji Marshall ($3,900) or Dylan Walker ($5,400). The more expensive choices have great scoring potentials in this contest so I’ll be running either Daly Cherry-Evans ($8,500) or Luke Brooks ($7,300).

OUTSIDE BACKS

Any of the outside backs are capable of scoring well during this contest. Tom Trbojevic ($10,800) is coming off one of the best Fantasy performances we’ve seen but I’m not sure he’ll be able to justify his huge price tag during this match. Brad Parker ($3,500) is the cheapie this week and won’t need to do much to provide value to your team. Moses Suli ($5,200) has been a respectable mid-ranger while Mahe Fonua ($6,200) produced some solid scores prior to his injury and could produce a high output against the Sea Eagles.
