Saturday sees three matchups for our moneyball team. Firstly Fremantle head to take on the Gaints who are just in great form after the huge win over the Cats down there GMHBA Stadium return home to take on the Dockers who had a hard time of it in Western Derby.

Melbourne host the Saints at the MCG and haven’t the Saints got off to a good to the season winning all their games in Melbourne with their only loss occurred when they went West. Melbourne got back to the winning form when they beat the Swans up in Sydney.

The evening matchup is the Tigers host the Swans at Marvel Stadium. Richmond were impressive when they went to Adelaide and did a number of Port Adelaide in a tough matchup. While the Swans continue to struggle, after being up for so long.

Jake Lloyd @10,000 – You should always consider the defenders who play the Tigers as they give up so many marks to defenders. He has bene on fire this year with all his scores being 120+ which is quite incredible. I think we expect at least 120+ from Lloyd is just how much higher.

Brandon Ellis @6,900 – With the big guns out last week, he moved back to the wing where he played a few years ago. His score last week got back to what we should expect him to do much of the same this weekend

Lachie Whitfield @10,300 – If anyone thinks they are going to stop this man they are kidding themselves, he does what he wants gets plenty of marks and disposals and has been on fire this year. I think Fremantle will put time into him but I don’t believe they will be able to stop him.

Zac Jones  @6,600 – I love the role that Jones is currently playing and he is scoring around 90-100 points every round. I think you can take that for his price, hopefully he can have one of those big games for us.

Josh Kelly @8,800 – One of my favourite players to watch in the league, brings so much to Gaints and their running gamestyle. Could Ross send a tag to him? could do but I think he may go head-to-head against him. This is Kelly third game back and he should be good for the run, and I expect a 110+ game from him.

Max Gawn @9,200 – Max is your best option to pick in these matchups today has a great matchup against, and also plays at the MCG which is always a bonus for his scores.

Lance Franklin @7,500 – I’m going Buddy again, I thought he looked a lot better last week and his scoring was on the improvement. No Rance again for the Tigers what could Buddy do ? probably get Grimes or maybe Bolta. For us we hope it’s Bolta and Buddy should have a field day against the Tigers.

Rowan Marshall @6,500 – A ruckman for a forward spot is quite good, and should be in consideration for your moneyball team today, I thought I would still write something about him just due to form vs price but against Max is always going to be difficult.

Matt Taberner @6,500 – One of my favourite players in Taberner, just normally to his uniqueness in every matchup. He gets plenty of marks around the ground, and always seems to kick so we get that plus 7 instead of plus 6. The only issue is he isn’t playing at home in this matchup. How much will that affect?
