Four games for our Saturday match day. First matchup of the day sees two winless sides between Carlton and Sydney. The young Blues have been impressive in their first two games of this season. While Sydney looks like they have hit a wall and may look to stay rebuilding for the future.
GWS take on Richmond who are now have serious questions about their future with the injuries to key players. While GWS will be looking to bounce back after a tough week in the west.
Two undefeated teams playoff in the next match as Brisbane take on Port Adelaide from the GABBA. The young lions have been impressive in their first two matches against the Eagles and Roo’s. While the Power are also playing good football with some young exciting players.
The last matchup is probably game of the day, sees a rematch of the 2018 AFL Grand Final between the Pies and Eagles. Both teams have look fantastic in pervious games and this should be a great match.
Jake Lloyd @ 9,300 – Hasn’t Lloyd just been on fire this year, averaging 126 fantasy points in the first two rounds. He may be the best defender out there and is a must in everyone moneyball team.
Jack Crisp @ 7,500 – Again he did It again, the rollercoster of Jack Crisp. You never know what you’ll get from him. He could easily score 70 or 140 it really is worth taking a punt. Especially in moneyball.
Adam Treloar @ 9,100 – was my best suggestion last week and not much has change in unbelievable career best form. If you are worried, he will receive the tag, I’m less worried about that because I believe Sidebottom will still receive the tag
Lachie Whitfield @ 9,200 – Didn’t he look fantastic last week, just did what he wanted over in the west. I expect more of the same, especially with what Collingwood players scored last week with their marks. I see plenty of marks and a 130+ game from Whitfield
Steven Coniglio @ 9,900 – Forgive he score last week, as he was always going to get tagged last week playing the Eagles. Like I said during the Whitfield talk earlier, Richmond give up a lot of points and I expect Coniglio to get involved and score like he did in the round 1
Xavier Duursma @ 5,000 – You may need to choose one of these high scoring rookies to afford the higher priced player. Duursma @ 5,000 or Drew @ 4,500 to be the last spot in your midfield. I would prefer Duursma just due to the fact Wines will return in this midfield and how will affect Drew.
Jordan Roughead @ 5,700 – Who saw that coming, racking up a ton against the tigers. Getting involved in a lot of plus 6’s across the backline. If that game plan continues, I can see another good score coming for Roughead.
Travis Boak @ 8,200 – Hasn’t he started the season on fire, averaging a massive 141 being the highest fantasy scorer this year in the competition. Plays a restrictive Brisbane but its clearly the number 1 forward in today competition.
Chris Mayne @ 6,900 – Wow talk about someone who getting involved in this high scoring pies gameplay averaging 108.5 throughout the first two games. Massive 131 last week and has the role to put up similar numbers, probably not 131 again but at least 80-100
Enjoy your Saturday of football and happy moneyball all.
