Round 16 of the AFL season starts from a matchup at the MCG where Hawthorn host Collingwood. The Hawks went down narrowly to a late goal which gave the Eagles the win. While Collingwood were extremely disappointing losing badly to North Melbourne. Kangaroos looked like they worked out a why to play the Pies and take away their game, this should be a great match to start our weekend. The contest has another $75,000 prize pool.
Jack Crisp @ 8,500 – Yes another Collingwood article, another mention for Crisp. Crisp is in some serious form lately for a defender that is. Hawthorn give up points to running defenders so hopefully Crisp get involved and have another good game.
Isaac Quaynor @ 4,200 – was announced during the week that he will be making his debut in this matchup. We will require a few of the lower priced players in our team and Quaynor meets the all them requirements, lets hope he can give us an 75-80
Ricky Henderson @ 9,700 – talk about a moneyball type of player that’s Henderson, his big games are just elite and are a must have but also has the ability to have a poor game. This is the ultimate punt and its totally up to you whether you want to take a risk.
Liam Shields @ 9,200 – always seems to be a solid option for our teams, has gone over 100 in his last 3 games and can he make it 4 in a row. I think he will be solid again.
James Aish @ 5,800 – Again we have identify players that could score well at a lower price so that we can have enough cash for the major premiums. Aish had 85 last week, if he can do that again that will be good enough for 5,800
Brodie Grundy @ 11,400 – This is an interesting one who to pick in this matchup, do you go with a Grundy expecting 120+ score but will cost a huge price. Do you go with McEvoy @ 7,700 could score a 90-100 or even Roughead @ 5,200 hoping he can get a few uncontested marks. I’ll leave that decision up to you.
Chris Mayne @ 7,300 – We can still get Mayne as a forward, I don’t we can get them high scoring game from Mayne today really will depend on how Collingwood set up. He can score well along the wing but if he is required to play down back, he may only get an 80.
Oliver Hanrahan @ 4,400 – Should be better for the run last week after debuting. If named tonight should score and be a lot better. If we can get a 70+ from him well be well overs for his price.
