We’re back again with another blockbuster on this friday night of football with the Cats hosting the Swans. Both teams are looking prime for finals action, however both teams come into the match missing key players. Who will step up for each team? Here are our tips for tonight’s game. AFL fantasy tips:

Cats vs Swans Special

Callum Sinclair – $6,800

Sinclair has impressed me in the last couple weeks, taking big strong contested marks and kicking goals, he has really stepped up for them, with Naismith out and Tippett in, it looks as though Sinclair will be the number one ruck for the night so i’m hoping he brings that form into the ruck contests and his around the ground work, look forward to seeing what he produces.

Andrew Mackie – $7,300

Mackie is just one of those players who keeps on keeping on, he uses the ball extremely well and makes smart choices so he gets the ball regularly off teammates, he is one of the older heads down back now and is used like a general down back, he is capable of a big score and with not many great options tonight i feel he is one of the more consistent.

Tom Stewart – $5,400

Last time i threw Stewart into my article he served up the goods scoring a ton, lets hope he can produce more of the same tonight, he is really becoming on of the important players down back for the Cats, he is courageous, uses the ball well and always offers himself as an option, for 5.4k i’ll even take a 60 tonight.

Luke Parker – $9,300

Parker is really having a strange season, he has played nothing like he did last season but in the last couple weeks he has been stepping up to the form of last season, with JPK missing this weekend through injury look for Parker to really step up his output and stand up for his side.

Jordan Murdoch – $6,900

Murdoch played the game of his career last weekend, scoring a whopping 131FP, now with Dangerfield out his weekend, the Cats will need one of their middle tier midfield players to step up and help Selwood with the load, and with what he showed last week, i’m hoping Murdoch is that man.

George Hewett – $6,800

Hewett to me plays better away from the SCG, i feel he just seems to find more space around the ground the gather possessions opposed to the small length of the SCG where the ball can constantly just travel over your head, so being away from the SCG, i’m looking for Hewett to give us a nice solid score during this heated contest.

Tom Hawkins – $6,800

Hawkins is starting to enter beast mode, he had the best game of his career last weekend, gathering the most disposals hes ever had as well as kicking a big bag of goals! His work rate around the grounds has really improved and is the reasoning behind this new found beast mode, at this point in time i trust the Cats defenders to do a better job on the Swans forwards than i do the other way around.

Kurt Tippett – $5,800

Tippett comes back into the Swans lineup this weekend for the first time in a while, the opportunity comes as a back up ruckman with Naismith going down injured this weekend, he will be playing predominately as a forward, so i’m taking a punt that he will be playing his heart out to keep his spot for next weekend and then give it his all when he goes into the ruck.
