NRL $3,000 BRONCOS V SHARKS SPECIAL

What a way to kick off round 20! Both the Broncos and Sharks are looking to secure their spot in the top eight so be prepared for an exciting match of footy. This game could go either way but I’m predicting a low scoring match in a clinical display from both teams.

HOOKER

Andrew McCullough ($6,900) will be my hooker for this match up. It’s hard to choose Jayden Brailey ($5,300) or James Segeyaro ($3,900) when they’re sharing the hooking duties, even at their price.

FORWARDS

I’m predicting a low scoring affair so I’ll be spending big on my forwards and much less on my outside backs and halves. Andrew Fifita ($9,600) and Josh McGuire ($7,100) should score plenty of points between them and will be my first two picks. I’m also going to bring in Sam Thaiday ($4,900) to control my spending, he’s been producing a good output for someone with his price tag. Matthew Lodge ($6,500) is my pick of the mid-rangers and will round out a strong pack for my team this week.

HALVES

There’s no need to spend big on Matthew Moylan ($8,000) or Anthony Milford ($7,100). I’ll be bringing in Kodi Nikorima ($6,400) after his impressive showing last weekend.

OUTSIDE BACKS

I’m going to take the punt on three outside backs from the home side. Jamayne Issako ($7,100) looks great in his new position at fullback. He’ll be my most expensive outside backs. Jordan Kahu ($5,100) and Darius Boyd ($5,800) will complete my team for this match. I can’t see the point in choosing the more expensive candidates when you’re predicting a low scoring contest.
