Saturday sees 5 different matchups for us to choose from. First matchup is from the nations capital as the Giants host the Saints, should be a good game as the Saints look to bounce back from their loss against the Crows and Giants were impressive in their win against Sydney.
Melbourne look to get back on track after really disappointing start of the season. While the Hawks only just got the job done over Carlton down in Tasmania. Melbourne needs to win this game so this should be a good matchup for scoring.
Brisbane host the Swans at the GABBA. Brisbane won easily against the Suns while the Swans will be looking to continue their development of their younger players. Could this matchup be a day out for the Lions at the GABBA.
Western Bulldogs host Richmond from Marvel Stadium, the Bulldogs will be searching for some response after disappointing losses to both Dockers and Blues, while Richmond just keep getting it done and keep getting the wins.
Final matchup is from the West as the West Coast Eagles host the Suns from Optus Stadium. The eagles will be looking to get back to their premiership best as they host the Suns, this matchup could be a bit tough for the Suns. Expect high scoring from the Eagles in this matchup.
Shannon Hurn @ 8,400 – Hasn’t Hurn started the season well, has a very nice matchup here against the suns. Should do more of the same if the ball goes down that end of the field. You could argue that the ball not going to be down there so his scoring won’t be as good as it has been in the last 2 weeks.
Marty Hore @ 5,200 – I still think he should be in your team today, should hopefully be good for 70-80 in this matchup against the hawks and for 5,200 ill take that.
Andrew Gaff @ 9,700 – This could really be anything has a wonderful scoring role and wonderful matchup for scoring, playing at home all the boxes are getting ticked for a huge game. Expect a minimum of 110
Josh Kelly @ 9,200 – Signed a new contract throughout the week and now heads the nations capital takes on the Saints and I expect him to be really good once again looks fantastic since returning.
Either Jack Ross @ 4,900 or Will Hayes @ 4,400 – I think you need at least one or both in your moneyball today, great solid rookies been fantastic in their opening matches. I wouldn’t expect anything less then 70 minimum for both.
Tom Hickey @ 6,500 – Wasn’t that something from Hickey last week down at Geelong. His career high 141 against the Cats, got me the cash last weekend and if named solo ruck again. Could be an option for your Ruck.
Tom Papley @ 6,600 – if given more midfield time, should have the ability to score well in this matchup. I would expect at least a minimum of 80 and that would be solid enough for a forward.
Josh Kennedy @ 6,000 – Has a very nice matchup against the Suns, could he have a massive game with the opportunity to score plenty of points.
